I. MĖNUO JUODARAGIS XXIV ELECTRONIC PARKING TICKETS

1. MĖNUO JUODARAGIS XXIV festival electronic parking tickets (hereinafter referred to as MJR parking e-tickets) are those purchased in advance from July to August 2024.

2. PRINCIPAL CONDITION: The festival organizers have the right, at any time, to restrict and/or prohibit visitor vehicles from accessing the island due to deteriorating weather conditions or other reasons that threaten the quality and safety of the event. This means that the purchased MJR parking e-ticket can be cancelled at any time at the discretion of the organizers. In such a case, the organizers commit to issue a refund for unused MJR parking e-tickets to their purchasers within 3 calendar days after the end of the festival. By purchasing MJR parking e-tickets, individuals confirm that they fully agree with this condition.

3. Types of MJR parking e-tickets for 2024:
   • MJR parking e-tickets for passenger cars: MJR XXIV ISLAND parking AUTO
   • MJR parking e-tickets for campers/motorhomes: MJR XXIV ISLAND parking CAMPER

4. Only persons that own MJR XXIV festival tickets have the right to use the MJR parking e-ticket.

5. The MJR parking e-ticket is scanned/marked only once and is valid for one vehicle entry and parking on the event area on Dūburys Island during the festival on August 22-25, 2024. The parking is allowed only at designated lots that are indicated by the organizers.

6. One MJR parking e-ticket is valid for one vehicle entry. Repeat entry/exit is not allowed. Parked vehicles must remain in designated places until the end of the event or final departure from the island. Driving around the island territory during the event is prohibited.

7.  By purchasing MJR parking e-tickets, individuals agree to provide their contact information (email address and phone number) so that the organizers may contact and relay essential information regarding the event or unforeseen changes. The organizers ensure the security of this data according to the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lituania.

8. The festival organizers are not responsible for vehicles and items left in them.

9. The price of the MJR parking e-ticket consists of infrastructure fees and service costs. The festival organizers may change ticket prices and/or apply discounts at their discretion.

II. USE OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS

10. The holder of the MJR parking e-ticket must print the unique PDF file received by email on a white A4 sheet of paper and present it at the entrance to the event.

11. The MJR parking e-ticket can also be presented on a phone or other mobile device. In this case, the purchaser must save the original ticket PDF file on their phone/device and present it at the entrance to the event. The ticket holder is responsible for the proper display and accessibility of the e-ticket.

12. It is strictly forbidden to copy the MJR parking e-ticket. The ticket (and code) images must not be made public. Each MJR parking e-ticket holder is responsible for ensuring that it is not used by other persons. In the case of a duplicate or an attempt to reuse, the ticket becomes invalid.

13. The purchased MJR parking e-ticket cannot be exchanged for any other ticket and is valid only when the ticket itself is presented, i.e., the copy of the charges statement, proof of purchase and/or personal data cannot replace the ticket.

14. The purchased MJR parking e-ticket is non-refundable.

15. It is prohibited to transfer purchased MJR parking e-tickets to others for profit, i.e., the ticket cannot be sold at a higher price than purchased from the organizers. If dishonest resale is identified, the ticket becomes invalid.

16. The holder of the vehicle must keep the purchased MJR parking e-ticket, along with the marked card received at the event, until the end of the event.
